Description:
The customer pool page is categorized into Public Pool, Pool I Manage, and Pool I Participate.
Public Pool: Users assigned by the system administrator to view large customer groups are listed as “Public Pool” in the customer oceans list.
Pool I Manage: Data from public pool where the current user manages the Pool group.
Pool I Joined: Pool where the current user is part of Pool group's member.
Description:
"Pool I Manage" displays all the pools where the current user is the administrator.
When hovering over each section, you can directly see the data and ratio of assigned and unassigned customers for the day.
