3.1 Temporary vs Permanent
Temporary License
Provides 30-day access to e-office after installation
Allow the user to evaluate or test before making decision
This license grants complete access to all of the software’s features.
Permanent License
Provides lasting access to e-office after registration
Ideal for enterprises needing long-term use in their daily operations.
The features availability depends on the specific purchase plan chosen
3.2 Install License
To renew a temporary license or apply for a permanent license, you will need to provide the following:
Machine Code: Required for both temporary and permanent license requests
There are 2 ways to retrieve the machine code
3.2.1 Authorization Centre
Step 1: Add "/eoffice/client/web/registers/add" to the end of your e-office web URL and press Enter on your keyboard to open it.
For example: If your e-office web link is http://standard.eofficework.com/, then after adding the above suffix, it would be http://standard.eofficework.com/eoffice/client/web/registers/add.
Step 2: After opening the below page, locate the machine code under 泛微协同办公e-office标准产品 located next to "Version".
Step 3: Please provide the machine code to your Sales Executive or Customer Service Representative.
3.2.2 Registration Authorization
Step 1: Login to your e-office.

Note:
Temporary licenses can only be extended for 7 days at a time.
