Can only be Day or Hour
The leave unit can only be changed by the conversion operation.
Default 1:8 ratio conversion
Remark:
Fixed to [1 day: N hours], only N can be modified.
Convert according to the entered N value.
e.g. the current unit is an hour, manually release 8 hours of leave, N is 9, "1 day: 9 hours". When conversion begins, the system will convert to days, 8/9 = 0.889 days, and the leave balance will increase by 0.889 days. The second conversion, according to "1 day: 9 hours", converting days into hours, that is, 0.889*9 = 8.00 hours, the user added 8 hours of leave.
Converting leave units can only be done from "days" to "hours" or vice versa.
The conversion button is dynamic. (e.g. the current unit is "day", the button will be [Start conversion (day -> hour)].)
Remark:
If a reminder is set for N days before expiration and the reminder method is configured in [Settings] - [Reminder] - [Leave Expiration Reminder Timing], the user will receive an expiration reminder at 9:00 AM on the specified day to prevent leave balance wastage.
Example: For a leave expiring on 12/06/2020 with a 5-day reminder period, the user will receive an IM reminder at 9:00 AM on 07/06/2020.
