Step 1: Select the project template.
Remark:
If there is only one project template, the system will display the create page right away.
Go to link to create new project template.
Step 2: Enter the relevant information and click "Submit" to create a new project.
Remark:
The project's status is defaulted to Designing once created
The Project Approver will need to approve the project to kick-start it.
Projects that are yet to be approved will not be abled to view by project team members.
Project Status:
Approved: Designing -> Submit Review -> Approved -> Progress -> End
Rejected: Designing -> Submit to Review -> Rejected -> Designing
Refer to 2.2 Drop-down box to change the options for Priority and Urgency.
The Project Template is a predefined blueprint for setting up new projects. It includes structured elements like customized permissions, fields, tabs, and reminders to streamline creation and management while allowing easy adaptation to various project categories.
The drop-down box selections for urgency and priority can be configured in
Step 1: Go to [Setting] -> Drop-down box.
Step 2: Click the blue right arrow to reveal all options, where Urgency and Priority can be found in the Project category. Click on them to display their options.
Step 3: The user can modify existing options directly or add new ones by clicking the (+) button. Click "Submit" in the top-right corner to implement the changes.
