Step 1: Open the service management platform from desktop using shortcut created upon installation.
If the shortcut is missing from the desktop, go to the installation disk, open e-office_server_11.0 > servermanagement, and double-click "ServerManagement.exe" to run it.
Monitor OA platform licenses, server RAM, CPU, storage, and online users.
Manage OA service status, including restart, stop, uninstall, and port adjustment.
Set auto backup rules, periodically back up data, and ensure data recovery.
Step 1: Under [data backup], click on "Set backup"
Step 2: Configure the settings
Backup Mode: Local/FTP, save the backup file locally or on a remote server.
Backup Content: Select the type of file to backup: data: database data; files: Application file, or attachments.
Auto backup: Checked the box to enable the feature.
Automatic cycle: auto backup frequency: Every day/Every week and the time the backup will occur
Step 3: Click "Confirm" to save the settings.
Check for newer versions and enable auto-upgrade.
