The customer list in the merge will only show the customers that the current user has permission to edit.
Remark:
List displaying fields, search fields, advanced query fields, and sort fields, can be controlled by field settings
Click on "More filters" to view filtering option available.
Users can save their preferred filter by entering/selecting the condition and click "Save" or "Save and Search" to be directed to the result straight away.
Step 2: Fill in the relevant condition and click "Save".
A new filter condition will be created.
Click on the save icon when completed.
New filter is created.
In the Advance Search, click on the (X) to delete the filter.
By entering relevant text regarding contact names in the search box, users will be able to filter suppliers with product names or product no. that are similar/matched to the text entered.
The [Advance Query] allows the users to create complex searches or filters by specifying detailed conditions and criteria.
Step 2: Fill in the relevant condition and click on "Search".
Remarks:
Filtering conditions and advance search range can be further modified in [Settings] > [Field Setting] > [Customer Information] > List > Page name: Merge customers.
Step 1: Select the customer to be merged from the list.
Step 2: Click on "Merge customers", select at least 2 customer and up to 5.
Step 3: Select the main customer. After merging, only the main customer's data will be kept in the list, while other customers will be deleted.
Remark:
When merging, the contacts, opportunities, contracts, reminders, and contact log will be merged into the main customer.
When merging, for the same field, if the main customer's field is empty, it will be filled with data from other customers in that same field.
Click "Back" to clear the form and return to the main list.

You can change the filter name by clicking onin Advance Query.
