Step 1: Double-click on the installer [e-office_online] or [e-office_v.0.0.0_version_offiline] to start the installation process.
Step 2: Click Install
Note: Please refer to the 4 FAQ for any error messages.
Step 3: The online installation package will begin to download the installation package.
Step 5: This page indicates that the installation has success, click "Experience".

When e-office is downloaded, it is automatically on a temporary license. Read 3 License for more details.
All services should be enabled in the Server Management Platform
Step 1: Press the Windows Key on your keyboard or click the Start button in the bottom-left corner of your screen or click the search bar next to the Start button on the taskbar.
Step 2: Type “Server Management Platform”, click on it or click [Open].
Check if all [Service status] is started.
If all the services is started, you may click [X] on the right-hand side of the program to close the page.
Don't worry, the program will continue running in the background.
To open the program, you can access it through the system tray.
Step 1: The system tray is located at the bottom-right corner of the screen on the taskbar, near the clock. The small upward-facing arrow (^
), is the system tray. Clicking this arrow will reveal a small popup window containing hidden icons.
Step 2: Click on the e-office icon to open the Server Management Platform.
Step 1: Click on [All enabled]
Your Service Status should appear as shown in the image below.

Step 1: Press the Windows Key on your keyboard or click the Start button in the bottom-left corner of your screen or click the search bar next to the Start button on the taskbar.
Step 2: Type “Window Defender Firewall” and click on it to open the program.
Step 3: Click “Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off”.
Step 4: Turn on both of the firewall and click OK to save the settings made.
Step 1: To activate the individual service, click the button under "Operation" to open more options, then select "Start-up."
